Impact on good and bad leader

We often hear successful leaders offering the opinion that the development of their leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities are influenced as much by their interactions and experiences with those they viewed as “bad” or “weak” leaders as much their interactions and experience with those they viewed as “good” or “strong” leaders.
