- MLA (Modern Language Association) style is one of the most commonly used to write papers in most academic areas especially within the liberal arts and humanities. - Here are basic principle to follow:When citing your source, start by consulting the list of core elements. When citing, the elements should be listed in the following order:
- Title of source.
- Title of container,
- Other contributors,
- Publication date,
