Rough draft bill assignment for Senate class

I just need it done by tomorrow before 8:00am or earlier. The Bill is about Euthanasia and should be for it but to a certain extent  whatever extent you choose just it should be for making euthanasia legal and to a certain extent it it shouldn’t be. I’ll I put the instructions in the attachments but once i have someone to do it I’ll give the Rubric and an example of a bill for dodgeball showing the format.
